What happens if it rains?
No stress! We’ve got backup venues across Victoria where we can hold the event indoors if needed – or we’re happy to reschedule.
Where can you set up?
Anywhere with enough space! We can set up in parks, backyards (so long as there is space!), school grounds, workplaces, and more —just tell us where, and we’ll handle the rest.
How many people can play?
We can run games for small groups or large events. Players can also switch in and out so everyone gets a turn!
Is laser tag safe?
Absolutely! Our equipment is 100% harmless (no actual lasers), and all our staff have a Working with Children Check and are first-aid trained.
What age is laser tag suitable for?
We recommend ages 8+ for kids' events, but laser tag is epic fun for all ages, in fact most adults are beaming from ear to ear when playing!
How long does a session last?
Most events run for 60–90 minutes, but we can tailor the session length to suit your group.
Do you provide all the equipment?
Yes! We bring all the gear, obstacles, and game modes —you just bring the players!
Can I book for a corporate or large-scale event?
Definitely! We cater for corporate team-building, EOFY parties, Christmas events, and more. For large-scale events, players can also switch in and out so everyone gets a turn.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we’re fully insured with public liability coverage for total peace of mind.
Do I need council approval to play in a public park?
It depends on your local council's rules. While we haven’t had any issues in Sydney NSW, it’s up to the event host to check and secure any necessary approvals. Laser Raiders bears no responsibility for council permits or restrictions.
