Meet the Founders

The Raiders Behind Laser Raiders

Laser Raiders was founded by Stefan and Alexandra, a dynamic duo on a mission to get people back outside, off their screens, and fully immersed in real, high-energy adventures.  

Stefan, our Chief Raider, brings his boundless energy and leadership skills to the battlefield. With a background in hospitality tech, he knows how to create seamless, engaging experiences. His love for adventure started young—he was the Chief Commanding Officer of his cadet platoon, First XV rugby captain, and never one to back down from a challenge. Originally from Sydney, he later relocated to Melbourne with his wife, Alexandra, where they decided to build something that brings communities together through outdoor play and teamwork.  

Alexandra, a transactional lawyer, shares Stefan’s passion for creating real-life connections in a world dominated by screens and technology. She believes that the best memories aren’t made in front of a device, but in the thrill of the game—running, strategising, laughing, and working as a team.  

Together, they built Laser Raiders to be more than just laser tag —it’s about energy, connection, and epic battles that leave a lasting impact.
